The Martis Camp Community is nestled in Martis Valley, just north of Lake Tahoe and south of Truckee, California. Surrounded by the Carson Range and Mount Rose to the east, The Sawtooth Ridge to the south and the Sierra Crest to the west, the site is composed of rock outcroppings, native Sugar and Ponderosa pines, and pockets of aspen.
The Community is 2177 acres in size and is planned to have approximately 653 homesites. Estate homesites average about 1.7 acres and vary depending on topography. Cabin homesites average about one third an acre and are located close to the Club amenities and are within walking distance to the Putting Park, Family Barn and Camp Lodge.
