Despite 2023 starting off with historic snowfall which delayed our start to the summer season, Martis Camp delivered one of the best years of operations in recent memory. The lifestyle that only this incomparable four-season Tahoe community offers continues to help accelerate real estate sales with over $251,000,000 for the year. In total there were 29 custom homes sold along with 10 homesites. Inventory continues to remain low, but the quality of homes is providing buyers with great options. As we enter the winter season there are 10 custom homes for sale (pricing from $4,995,000 – $21,995,000 and 11 homesites pricing from $1,995,000 – $4,950,000).
