Q1-2023 MARKET RECAP
In Q1 2023, there was a welcomed increase in transaction activity at Martis Camp after a slower than usual Q4 2022, resulting in a total of 11 transactions, including 6 home and 5 lot sales, with a collective volume of over $55,000,000. This market activity is particularly noteworthy given the challenging weather conditions throughout Q1, making it difficult for potential buyers to visit Martis Camp. Two positive market trends in Q1 were (1) the sale of three homes over $9.5M, compared to only two through the final 8 months of 2022, (2) the sale of 5 homesites, as opposed to only two during Q4 2022. Currently there is a good selection of Inventory including 4 cabin homes, 8 estate homes, and 11 homesites on the market.
